Yahoo! Community responses should not have sent you a license key.
Probably the reason that:
(1) Search for software pirates, and some joker has is an incorrect license key (in this case it does not work, you deserve it - go get a legal copy)
or
(2) Have you purchased, software that had to do any Yahoo! confused and Yahoo! Reply with Yahoo! The technical support - in this case, you might try (the contact for technical support for any package that you are trying to solve or at least one of the Yahoo! Office in your country)
